i've visited this restaurant on plenty of occassions and it hasn't disappointed. the atmosphere feels warm and comforting, in the front there are displays of active chefs in the kitchen. waitors / waitresses are always super understanding, ive had occurences where i mentioned my pizza having too much cheese and the staff graciously offered to make me a new one with no extra expenses. would for sure recommend going here.

Neighborhood casual Italian food. We recently had delivery of Chicken Marsala with a side of Brussels Sprouts. And a child portion of Lasagna Bolognese and it came with a cup of apple juice. Both yummy and satisfying.

TLDR: If you want Italian food in an Italian ambience, this is not the place. If you want a more casual, American restaurant atmosphere (pop and country music), with some Italian-American style dishes that are actually prepared well for the spot: then I'd recommend it for sure. I was lookin for some Thai chicken wings, then tried Applebees but the parking was obscene... so I tried just driving to a less crowded town and picked a spot on the street. Here's where I ended up! I can be quite critical of Italian spots since my family is from Naples, but I think I'm fair (). The building itself is quite charming on the inside. It was setup for lots of folk, and I hope it does get full; the staff was sweet and down to earth. I was the only person there on a Saturday at 5pm (after Black Friday). I could see it as a former breakfast joint turned Italian restaurant. Aside from the menu the and the name of the spot there isn't really anything Italian about it. I feel like the name and outside facade wants it to be more upscale (but who doesn't now adays). The Chicken Marsala was fragrant as it arrived. The presentation was great and looked fabulous for such a small place that one mayyy judge before trying. The two pieces of chicken breast were tender and nice and thin, smothered in the sauce (which was reduced quite well I will say). I thoroughly enjoyed the meal, honestly. If I wanted something casual and quick, but still felt kinda nice for a casual spot, and was close-by, and wanted Italian then yea I'd prob get soemthing. I will say, it's strange that there were two different frutti di mare style dishes but no calamari? Seems like a no brainer. Mayhe they wanted to be unique? For the spot, feels like it's missing when I go thru the menu. Sometimes ya just want a quick calamari, ya know? Nonetheless, it was tasty. 4/5
